I’ve known Rob for several years; he placed me into a 3 month Interim project role. I’ve recently used him to fill an Interim vacancy. Rob stands out from other ‘recruitment agencies’ as he listens to the job spec, and only sends suitable CV’s. Knowing me as an individual also helps, as he goes one step further and tries to gauge the candidate’s personality traits, to ensure a suitable match to my requirements. Out of several agencies approached, Rob was the quickest to get the most appropriate CV’’s to me. Unlike some agencies, who are only interested in placing ‘bodies on seats’ to get their commission, Rob aims to deliver the right result, getting the right person into the right role.
