Barry and Paul joined the business a little under 4 years ago with a remit to set up and establish the Transactional Division, this division has gone from strength to strength and is a key sector for greenwellgleeson with strong relationships developed with candidates & clients throughout the region.
Karl steps up from the Part-Newly Qualified Division to handle Qualified recruitment within Solihull, Coventry, Warwickshire and Leicestershire. After 2 years engaging with and supporting the growing talent in the region, he now faces a fresh challenge in supporting a wide range of business’ who face challenges in the middle/senior management market.
Paul and Karl join Lucy in the Permanent Qualified division and all 3 are now responsible for recruiting £40k-£60k Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA candidates; a market crucial to our continued success over 24 years. This move see’s Matt Ryan take over the Part/Newly Qualified market on a permanent & interim basis alongside Tom Flavell.
Barry has established himself as a leading recruiter in the Midlands market for Temporary & Permanent roles for Accounts Payable/Receivable. In doing so, he has developed a strong market base that allows him to bring on a Trainee Recruitment Consultant underneath him.
