Part-Time Finance Director

Our client an active investment house is close to completing an acquisition of a £10m turnover manufacturing enterprise in the Bromsgrove area. Although Head of Terms are agreed, the process has highlighted challenges with the both the quality and timeliness of financial reporting and potential issues with the finance function. To facilitate a successful transaction the potential acquirer seeks a proven Finance Director on a part-time basis ( 2 days a week) for a period of c 2month to deliver up-to-date robust, accurate accounts and also provide a report/overview on the state of the finance function with any remedial actions that should be made.
