Part-Time Finance Director

Our client, a substantial privately owned import wholesale enterprise based in the Worcester area has for many years been a nationwide leader in its niche product. The business continues to operationally perform well and enjoys excellent leadership at the top.

With the cost of borrowing rising substantially in the last 12 months the sizeable ID facility the enterprise operates with has the potential to severely impact on bottom line profitability. As a result, the decision has been made to hire a Part-Time Finance Director (c 2 days a week) to support the business review and improve its stock management, cash generation, cash flow forecasting and margin analysis on sales. The role is for an initial period of c 6months. A finance executive with proven experience and demonstrably rack record of managing ID facilities, successfully maintaining/improving funder relationships and margin improvement is desired.
