My client a large utilities business based in Warwickshire seeks an Interim Process Lead Manager (P2P) for a period of 6 months. Working as part of a Finance Change Programme in order to review and improve organisational P2P processes, policies and systems across the UK Finance Team.

The process lead will work closely with customers, stakeholders and service providers to ensure that processes and systems are developed and deployed to provide an effective and efficent high quality purchasing and payment service.

Key Tasks:


Possesses an expert understanding of the Purchase to Pay business processes.

Can demonstrate atrack record of participation in process and system projects/improvments.

Managing an effective controls enviroment, ensuring that process risks are identified and reviewed on a regular basis with appropriate controls designed and managed.

Practical understanding and application of perfromance excellence techniques – such as visual management , performance huddles etc.

Practical understanding and application of the process management cycle.
