Interim Finance Director – Outside IR35

Our client, a PE backed enterprise in Chesire, is positioning itself to shortly enter a sales process. The enterprise has sales more than £80m and operates both in the UK and across Europe. The CFO conscious of the elevated workloads & pressures on the finance function, themselves personally, of maintaining control & delivering the everyday/cyclical needs of the business as well as entering a sales process in conscious of their work lands seeks a senior finance executive to provide support. As the No2 reporting directly into the CFO the interim will be given a broad remit to support the CFO on any number of issues. Overseeing the day to day running pf the finance team, chairing agreed finance meetings, reviewing, and improving controls processes. As well as core senior finance skills, people management and working with teams to deliver in high pressurised environments will be key. An outside IR Assessment has been obtained.
