Head of Finance

Greenwell Gleeson have been retained to recruit a Head of Finance for a privately owned, entrepreneurial, high growth, international engineering company. The business pride themselves on being agile and a disruptor within the sectors they operate in and are on course to grow significantly on the back of major program wins. To help capitalise on the growth opportunities they are looking for a Head of Finance that will work with the senior leadership team. The role will encompass monthly and annual reporting, forecasting on major projects, working with the leadership team to identify and bid on new projects, mitigate risk and managing cashflow forecasting. The ideal candidate will need to have several years finance leadership experience, be comfortable in an owner managed environment and additionally experience within in a projects led company or within engineering or construction sectors will be highly desired.
