Finance Manager

On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work with a growing distribution business based in Wolverhampton.

Reporting into the Finance Director, duties will include:

Managing and developing a small transactional team
*

Responsibility for queries, coaching and staff appraisals
*

Ensure robust financial controls and improve and amend procedures where necessary
*

Production of monthly management accounts
*

Oversee budgeting and forecasting process and present findings to Finance Director
*

Responsibility for improvement of processes and procedures within the finance team
*

Deputising for FD/ team where necessary

Skills, Qualifications, Experience

*

Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA
*

Experience managing teams in an SME
*

Experience with Sage 200 would be an advantage
*

Strong Excel skills
*

Strong stakeholder management skills
