In January 2023 we published, for the first time, analysis of the vacancies we were mandated by our clients to support them recruit for in 2022. It was in response to the dynamic recruitment environment all our stakeholders confronted in that year.
Clients sought guidance in terms of how to remunerate, retain, recruit, and agree working patterns with employees and the professionals we support when looking for a new role sought insight into the market they were entering.
Back in January we committed to publishing Quarterly updates and, having received very positive feedback, we are very pleased to present our analysis of vacancies we were mandated to in Q1 2023. We hope and trust our analysis will offer useful insights into the accountancy market in the Midlands which can help us all going forward.
