2022 was a dynamic recruitment environment. Opportunities and challenges arose in terms of how to remunerate, retain, recruit, and agree working patterns of staff.
With 2023 expected to follow in a similar vein we will endeavour to support the decision-making process of our stakeholders as we navigate through the year.
