Financial Controller

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting on an exclusive basis for a Financial Controller to grow into Finance Director for a well established manufacturing SME based in Solihull.

Duties of the role will include:

Initially assessing the business needs and researching/ recommending new accounting software

Key point of contact for new systems implementation across the business

Working across the business to streamline accounting processes and procedures
*

Production of monthly management accounts
*

Budgets, forecasts
*

Management of finance/ administration staff
*

Responsibility for all financial & management reporting
*

Statutory accounting and consolidation
*

Liaising with key internal & external stakeholders
*

Producing management information pack
*

Cash management and Payroll review

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

*

Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA
*

Experience working in a manufacturing SME
*

Experience leading a new systems implementation
*

Experience managing a small team
*

Strong commercial acumen
*

Strong Stakeholder management
